Whatever PC you were using for a previous Internet service will work.
For decent performance a Pentium III with 512 MB Ram or better is suggested. A fairly fast Modem of at least 33 Kbps (for Dialup) plus Internet Explorer version 6 or later.

All Telkom phone line problems and support thereof must be passed to Telkom, and note that you are responsible for ALL Telkom charges.

We will try our best to support Internet related Windows operating system queries, but obviously Microsoft or your Computer technicians should be consulted for further assistance. We will NOT support any Windows 95 or 98 or NT systems.

Non windows users (Apple Mac, Nokia Communicators, Linux, Unix, etc) should contact the call centre for assistance, where we shall attempt to assist.
