For experienced users, or MAC or Linux users, or if you are not subscribing for a Dialup connection:

• Click here to Register online and supply all contact and bank details, and create an email adress or username.
• You may manually configure your Dialup, Email and Newsgroups settings. The relevant server names and usernames will be displayed on the last page after registering.
• For certain services such as Own Domains, ADSL, Uncapped ADSL - you must Register and then Contact Us to manually add those products and services.

For less experienced subscribers, and if a Dialup connection is required:

• First download and install the Eject Launcher software or obtain a CD by Contacting Us
  The Eject Launcher is software that will automatically initialise the Internet settings on your PC when you register for the Eject Dialup service. Once installed, it provides a central interface for connecting to the Internet, checking your email, reading news groups and creating your web space.
• Once you have downloaded the Eject Launcher, double click on the file and follow the on-screen prompts. When setup is finished, click on Start, Programs, Eject.
• This will start the Eject Launcher and your PC will connect you to the Registration page - where you can enter your personal and banking details, and choose an email address. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will be prompted to OPEN or SAVE the Internet settings which will be sent to your PC. Please click on OPEN when prompted, and do not click SAVE.
• If you use an old CD prior to Dec 2006, then initial dialup will fail because of 10 digit dialling which was enforced from 16 Jan 2007. Either request later CD, or Download the Launcher, or make these changes.
  
  If you experience any difficulties, contact the Call Centre, do not click on Register Now for a 2nd time.
