How am I covered against theft/loss/faulty hardware?

You must insure the hardware and SIM yourself (if desired) as Eject does NOT cover the replacement thereof. Contact us to quote you on replacing them at your expense.
If the hardware device is faulty on receipt, or develops a manufacturers fault within 90 days, Eject shall arrange for repair or replacement. Refer to Mobile Broadband Terms and Conditions for detailed information.
