If they can already connect to the Internet from work or home, ask them to browse to http://www.eject.co.za/ and download the Launcher (if they require dialup connectivity). 

You could also download the Eject Launcher for them, and then give them a copy on 2 Stiffy disks.

This will allow them to connect for the first time, and automatically configure their PC for all the settings.
